Is this a good deal on a lease?

Hi everyone, I'm new here and in the market for a new 2025 Hummer EV Pickup. Can someone tell me if this is a good deal? I've never leased a car before so any guidance would be appreciated. I would prefer a 3 year lease and thought the price would be less per month b/c of a longer lease. Also does the DMV/Registration look really high while the sales tax looks really low? Let me know if I can do better. Thanks!

Someone is always gonna come in here and telly you they got it for like 250$ a month... but that deal looks pretty decent to me. Its hard to say exactly as they vary greatly between states depending on whether that state has a EV incentive they can apply to the lease... that makes a big difference having an extra 7500$ on a 24 month lease.

This is a good deal. To get a $100k vehicle for sub $800/m with no money down is great on anybody’s lease scale. If you buy it and pay it off over 6 years you’ll be paying double that or more. Don’t overthink it. Just be cognizant of the 10,000 miles per year. You’ll love it so much you’ll want to drive it everywhere. That’s the problem I’m having
