Keep your speed to the posted limit and you'll make up that time by less frequent stopping to charge.
Also, get behind the biggest vehicle you can find, set your follow distance to one bar, engage supercruise and you'll gain a signification improvement in how far you go between charges...
Just remember what these vehicles weigh. Most tires do not meet the weight requirements. I've got the 18" wheels and would love highway tires, but to date I've not seen anything other than buying 5 22" rims.
Nice dark blue. VERY RARE I'm told. I've got the same color and yours is the first I've seen. Bought mine in NJ, drove it to Long Island and then down to Florida.
I agree with all that you've said.
Mine is a 3X with the off road pkg.
Just about at 4k.
Hate the noisy off road tires but nobody is making highway tires in 18" and I'm not springing for 5 rims too.
Also have a creaking sound in the dash.
And mileage is abysmal if you regularly drive at 80+
Super cruise turns off regularly at the same places on 95, sometimes...
Does anyone know if the new black charger from GM can be adjusted for amperage at 240V?
I can confirm that you can at 120V (8 or 12 amps) but before I go out and get a 3 prong dryer adapter I'd want to know that I can limit to 24A (the max you should use on a 30 amp dryer circuit. )
