Service High Voltage Warning Message

Both, I have a long history with my GMC dealer. Needless to say I appreciated the quick handling of the issue.
So my truck sat for almost a week and nothing had happened yet. I informed my sales person at Williamson Cadillac (Anthony) of this exchange we have been having. Anthony is amazing by the the way! As a result, they jumped on it and here is what was fixed: "vehicle software anomaly 2819505 0.70". They found multiple modules that were out of date and even though my truck said the software was up to date on my end, they said it was not and did a vehicle wide update code VPYZ331848048. I am happy to report that I am back in action. Thanks again for response Ghost, I think it help get them to pay attention and get it done!

I had my Hummer EV for about two months. I bought a certified preowned 3X with the extended battery pack. I’ve had the “Service High Voltage” issue twice. Both times the dealer said it was a software anomaly and reprogrammed my Hummer. I did notice that both times this has happened was directly after charging on a public DC charger. And it was the exact same charger. I’m going to not use that charger when I’m traveling for work. No issues with the home Level 2 charger. Has anyone had this same experience on public charging?

Thanks
