Headrest removal

Does anyone know if there is a way to remove the headrest on the front seats?

I tried it and couldn't figure it out. I thought I had it figured out once I unscrewed the black caps at the base of the metal. Once those are off, there are no more buttons or anything to release the headrest. They seem pretty damn secure in there. Didn't care to take them off before your post....now I'm intrigued!
