New software update came out today and installed with no problems! So happy to see these updates keep rolling out.

• Fixes for audio system performance.
• Improvements to connectivity for Bluetooth.
• Fixes to help ensure successful software updates and notifications.

• Improvements to functionality for USB and steering wheel controls.

How is the Bose system and what fixes if any has anyone experienced (before and after)?

I'm not a huge audio guy, but I've been really happy with the Bose system.

The problem with the Bose isn’t the quality of the system, its in the audio output from the streaming devices. I was woefully underwhelmed with the sound quality I was getting from the stereo and disappointed by the limited audio controls reminiscent of a 1984 Chevy Caprice. When I started playing music from VLC through Android Auto with the audio adjustments made with the app I got just the sound I was looking for.

In my opinion the hardware is good enough to perform, but the truck needs DSP controls to let you customize the sound. Considering the vehicle costs $100k, they should upgrade that feature for free.

There was another update this morning. Installed without any issues.
