I saw three yesterday on the road in solar orange...they look great when clean and awful when dirty... but that shouldnt be hard to keep clean in Florida so enjoy! Ask them to ship it in an enclosed trailer if possible. More expensive, but worth it especially in winter coming from up north.

I live in a place where it rains 95% of the year...your charging issue is not normal as i have no issues with charging in wet/rainy weather...or i wouldnt go anywhere...i cant even remember when i didnt charge in the rain... bring your truck in for service...this is not a common hummer issue.

Im in Canada but i have shipped vehicles cross country and i would try looking into shipping by rail. most car shippers use car carriers and it might indeed be too heavy. No way it is too heavy for a train.

Update: the service department had to replace the entire hood latch system. problem now solved.

I just picked up my new 2024 SUT Omega 2 days ago, and on the way home I got "service hood release" message on my instrument cluster. I press dismiss and it returns an hour later. Anyone else? Is this something I try Onstar first or just make a date with the dealer?

Will definitely not affect you in those 2 years. This "dont charge to 100" is overplayed... maybe over 10 years you would get 82% instead of 85% battery life at that point. If you were planning to keep it forever, maybe you would want to follow that... but in 2 years??? and you have warranty for...

i charged my tesla S to 100% every day for 7 years... no noticeable degradation. Dont be scared if you need it. What isnt so great is constantly charging to 100% and then not using it. If you dont need 100% then dont set it that high. You should every few weeks actually charge it up to 100 and...
