Thanks, nope they are a direct fit, no lifts or leveling needed. They do rub a little when you turn the wheels sharply.

I believe there is a way to change the settings in the computer for 37" tires so that your speedo reads correctly. I think the dealer has to do it, but I could be mistaken.
