Swing Gate issues

Is anyone else experiencing problems with the swing gate on a 2025 model? Mine was working fine for the first few days, but this morning it wouldn’t open at all.

Could this be an alignment issue, or is it more likely a software glitch?

The latch in the door doesn't move freely. Try getting some lubricant in there. When it's colder it seems to stick more. It's a design flaw. But lube it up and you should be good for a while.

I had the same issue with my 24 model. The dealer replaced the module, adjusted latch, and reprogrammed. Now it works great!

Glad to hear that! I took it back to the dealership on Tuesday and left it with them, so now I’m just waiting for an update.

Just FYI, and you may already know this, but when using the remote to open the rear gate and frunk, you have to press button, then press again and hold until it opens up. It took me a minute to figure that one out. Lol

I picked it up from the dealership last week, and it turns out to be just a simple last adjustment. It’s been working great ever since.
