Infotainment Screen Blacked Out

Hi all,

The center screen has blacked out, the only time something shows is when the camera turns on when going in reverse. I’ve turned Hummer off and on, and also tried hitting the end call button for 15+ seconds- nothing is working. The service centers in Las Vegas are a nightmare to deal with and aren’t getting back to me on my other issue. Hoping anyone has any insight or a quick fix solution?

I just experienced the same problem and not sure if its the cold or it’s doing an update - any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Ok - this actually worked for me and wanted to pass along:

• GM Infotainment with built-in Google (2022+ full-size trucks and SUVs, Cadillac Lyriq, 2023+ midsize trucks)
  • While in “Park”, press and hold the phone hangup button on the steering wheel for 10 seconds.
