Welcome to the forum Caddy. Honestly, as much as I enjoy driving the Hummer EV, I'm not sure I would own one without a dealership close by for service/support.

What year is your Hummer? I haven't seen too many 24s/25s needing battery replacements. I'm really hoping that guy that issue sorted out after the first couple of years of production.

No, I actually bought the Hummer out of state but the service from the local dealership has been awesome. They were able to get the latch delivered and installed in 2 days. They also updated all the modules while it was there. Hopefully I got the issues out of the way now. I missed...

They are replacing the latch, the part should be in tomorrow. On the bright side, I'm glad it happened now instead of on a trip in the middle of nowhere. Another positive is the service from GM dealership has been great considering.

Their Hummer EV tech was out today, so hoping to hear something tomorrow. :(

Crawled to the dealership at 26 mph this morning. Fingers crossed it’s a quick fix!

Anyone have issues with the frunk not closing all the way? It’s seems the latch won’t catch it and completely shut it. I’ve tried disconnecting the battery, waiting 15 minutes, and letting everything reboot/relearn but not having much luck. I’m about 45 miles away from home and looks like...
