Hummer EV THEFT LOCKED on infotainment screen

This issue involves the infotainment touch screen has THEFT LOCKED on it. The screen will not respond to touch nor reset by holding down the end call button.
This occurred when the alarm went off, and the message appeared. Took it to the dealer twice, no fix yet. If anyone has had this issue repaired, would appreciate if you could share the fix.

I assume the battery reset doesn't remove it either?

I previously removed just the ground cable. Yet to remove both cables for about 30 mins. Will post the results here
