No:) Software bugs worked out for me. Have expanded battery. Works for me in Philly to SC. Blind spot works well enough.

Had same issue. Related to onstar. You will see red led go on by onstar buttons when u see this error U can call and get an email for the error codes from onstar. My fix was tcu replacement under warranty Good luck.
