Yes, this is for all years. The update is being released in waves and you should be getting it soon if you haven’t gotten it already.

Not extensively, the best way I can describe it is that the back now moves similar to a fork lift. It definitely exaggerates how the back swings around now.

In a nutshell, If you’re only charging at level one, it will drain the 12V battery. You need to charge at level two for the 12V not to run down during charging.
