In a nutshell, If you’re only charging at level one, it will drain the 12V battery. You need to charge at level two for the 12V not to run down during charging.

Here is the screenshot after it was completed. Looks like it was just getting the system prepared for future updates. That makes sense if there might be an update with the announcement on May 15th.
